At FiberSprung, we believe in sustainability.  To ensure lean efficiency and less waste, we'd love to help you digitally measure your floor.

Contact FiberSprung for us to mail you a Moasure device and schedule a measurement time. The Moasure is a measurement device which uses motion sensors such as gyroscopes and accelerometers to output your floor measurement to an app. Using the app, you can then send a CAD file to FiberSprung for our architects and designers to plan your floor.

With our help, this measurement process takes approximately 20-30 minutes, including installing the app. â€‹We will include a return shipping label with the device to return it to us.

STEP 1: Download the Moasure app from the App Store.

STEP 2: Log In to the FiberSprung account on Moasure

(this does not save any info to our account, it just prevents you from needing to make your own account)

STEP 3: Match your Moasure settings to the images below

(Connect the Moasure device to your phone via Bluetooth, and follow the prompts to reach these settings screens)

STEP 4: Select a measurement type

Select "Closed Shape" to measure a standard entire floor.

Select "Open Shape" to measure a floor, plus any central floor features such as columns.

(set up a measurement time with FiberSprung if you have any questions)

STEP 5: Follow the Moasure instructions to measure your floor. (see critical note below)

Measuring your floor with a Moasure is as easy as starting in one corner, and walking the perimeter of your floor, stopping every 6-8 seconds for the Moasure to take a measurement, and wherever there is a corner in the floor which must be measured.

CRITICAL: In settings (bottom of screen), select "Medium" for "Square Up" sensitivity.
STEP 6: Export your measurement to CAD as a DXF or DWG file.

Send the CAD file to info@fibersprung.com

STEP 7: Moasure measurements are good but not perfect. We request you measure your floor with the Moasure 2-3 times, and also measure your floor once, with a tape measure and draw it on a sheet of paper, to corroborate the Moasure measurements. Once you learn the device, each subsequent measurement should only take a couple of minutes.
